I was looking for a cable with this type angled connection but couldn't find one so ordered this. It has a good click connection at both ends, even with a cable hang down from it the connection is secure. It feels well made, it looks good quality and it works with no issues.

This is just the thing to allow connection of hdmi cables to the back of my Sony TV without obscuring the neighbouring ports. Most adaptors of the type are angled in the other plane and will therefore cover the neighbouring ports on some TV's. Check your TV for which type you need before buying!
No degradation of picture atall despite having an additional joint in the path between blu-ray and TV.
