hi
this product was rubbsh i fix it but it olny give 2 channles and it says that dont take this thing if you dont have any good signals . southampton have bad tv singnals so if you live in uk southampton dont buy this thing .

AS OTHERS HAVE COMMENTED THIS DOES WHAT IT SAYS, VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE, PICTURE QUALITY EXCELLENT,HAVE USED IN SUMMERHOUSE AND DID NOT REQUIRE TO ERECT OUTSIDE, WORKS PERFECTLY INDOORS. GREAT BENEFIT OF HAVING ALL THE FITTINGS AND CABLE INCLUDED. RECOMMENDED.

Along with several of your reviewers, I tried this aerial indoors and it beats the three other indoor aerials (and boosters) I have tried by a mile! From not being able to receive BBC channels to all freview working without fault in just a frew minutes, an excellent result. Although sold as an exterior aerial mine is mounted inside a kitchen window and works just fine. So before getting out the ladders and drill try the indoor aproach first.

I've been using one of those small, thin aerials that came with a USB TV stick, which, at first seemed adequate enought for a portable tv in my kitchen. Lately, especially after the digital switch over came into effect in my area (North West England), the signal became more and more unstable - especially on the BBC channels. I bought this not expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised when every Freeview channel signal shot up to full strength as soon as I plugged it into the tv and tested it. I didn't have to rescan the Freeview box, either.
The plan was for me to risk life and limb and borrow a set of ladders to install it on the outside wall, but after still getting a full signal on every channel when I positioned it on top of the kitchen cupboards I decided not to bother. Over a week later, everything is still working fine and I'm glad I bought it. Also, it's not much bigger than a standard DVD case.
If you are planning to install this outside, you will probably have to buy some aerial cable because there is only a 3 metre length included in the box. A small criticism for an otherwise excellent product.
