I purchased this TV dongle some time ago when I was using Vista. It worked absolutely fine. I have now upgraded to Windows 7 home premium and cannot get it to load as a result of driver problems. I appreciate that this is not the fault of the product but it is frustrating to find that notwithstanding running Windows help programs I still cannot get the matter resolved. Windows advises me to approach the manufacturer. How on earth do I do this via Amazon?
